Christmas day lunch

Our head chef Simon Platt has designed a divine and festive lunch menu, to make
Christmas Day special for you and your family. Tables are available from midday,
up to last sittings at 3.30 pm. Celebrate Christmas day at elements this year with a four-course lunch.
You will receive a glass of fizz on arrival. Please pre-book via phone at 01288 352386,

A Deposit of £20 per person is required when making the reservation.

Starters 

Creamed Celeriac Soup

sage crisps, white truffle oil and broken chestnuts (GF)

 

Smoked Salmon and Baby Leek Terrine

wholegrain mustard and baby new potato salad with watercress and saffron emulsion (GF)

 

Wild mushrooms with a Parmesan Panna Cotta

sauteed mushrooms tossed with buttered gnocchi, tarragon and virgin olive oil,
sat with a parmesan infused panna cotta (V)

 

Melon and Prosciutto

ripe cantaloupe melon with Italian prosciutto, dressed rocket,
toasted seeds and a raspberry drizzle (GF)

Sage Butter Roasted Turkey and all the Trimmings

Succulent roasted turkey with apricot and cranberry stuffing, bacon wrapped chipolata,
bread sauce cranberry compote and rich pan gravies

 

Roasted Sirloin of West Country Beef

Yorkshire pudding and rich red wine pan gravies

 

Hot singed fillet of Sea Bass

sat with crushed new potatoes, samphire and a tempura-battered scallop
with a Jerusalem Artichoke veloute

 

Golden baked Pithivier of Butternut

goat’s cheese, cranberries, spinach and pistachio nuts with a Romesco sauce (V)

 

accompanied by butter roasted potatoes, chive dressed new potatoes,
honey roasted carrot, parsnip and onion and sauteed brussels sprouts
