Situated high on the clifftop between Bude and Widemouth Bay our hotel offers a great location to enjoy the local beaches, learn to surf, walk the coastpath, enjoy a game of golf or try something new: coasteering, climbing, kayaking, fishing, Bude has it all!

offers 11 comfortable hotel rooms to suit all and North Cornwall is a great base to explore the county and it’s many attractions such as The Eden Project, Tintagel and king Arthur’s Castle, Boscastle, Padstow, Bodmin Moor to name but a few. If a relaxing break is all you are after you can enjoy Elements hotel's tranquil location from our fabulous restaurant and bar.
Elements Gym goes public
Come and work out at elements gymnasium.
We have a running machine, rowing machine, bicycle, weights, sauna and solarium and for £3.75 a day this entitles you to a day pass, with no membership fee.
We have two showers, a hair dryer and can provide towels at an additional cost of £2. The solarium is charged at £1.50 for 3 minutes.
The restaurant is open from 10.00am everyday so pop in for a healthy snack post work out. We ask that you sign in and pay at the Hotel Reception and then we’ll show you in. The gym is open 7 days a week from 9 am – 9.00 pm. You can park the car for free and we also have free WIFI throughout the hotel and restaurant. The gym is open to anyone over the age of 16 years.
