From leaving Bude one year till the next years visit, there is one food experience on my mind. Elements Chicken Saltimbocca! Nowhere does it as well. This fun, well run restaurant with its bright lights, great decor, lovely staff and service can do no wrong as long as my favourite chicken dish is on the menu. There are of course alternative dishes and the others in our party of 5 really enjoyed theirs. The deserts are great too and fun with my 83 year old dad remembering his childhood with a Knickerbocker Glory while the lady’s of 70 & 90 something tucked into Eaton Mess. Not scary either when the bill arrives! 10 days left of our trip and we plan to fit a couple more visits in!
